The following terms and conditions apply to the ALL FOR HER service (the “Service”) and by subscribing to the Service you will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the same: –

Service

This Service enables the users to have easy access to and control over the local and international women´s lifestyle content they like from the convenience of their mobile phones.

 

Eligibility

This Service is open to all Safaricom PrePay, PostPay and Hybrid subscribers.

 

Launch of Service

The Service will run from 0000hrs on 1st July 2024 (“Service Launch Date”).

 

How to Access the Service

  1. You will be able to subscribe to local and international women´s lifestyle content by sending the message ALL to the short number 27130.
  2. You will be able to subscribe to local and international women´s lifestyle content by accessing the URL: http:// ke.safaricom.allforher.club from your Android or iOS mobile device. 
  3. Once you download and subscribe, you can stream women´s lifestyle content on the Service at the prices set out below.

 

How to unsubscribe the Service

  1. You will be able to unsubscribe to the weekly Service by sending the message ADSTOP to the short number 27130.
  2. You will be able to unsubscribe to the monthly Service by sending the message AMSTOP to the short number 27130.

(b) Your subscription will be automatically renewable upon payment of the respective price once the period is expired.

 

  • Other Terms: 
  1. You will not be able to subscribe to more than one ALL FOR HER  subscription at a time. Should  you wish to change your subscription, you will first need to unsubscribe from your current  one.
  2. Customers will have 3 days FREE trial service period upon subscribing to the service.

 

  • Extension of Terms
  1. Save as modified above, these Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and subject to the published Safaricom PrePay and PostPay Service Terms and Conditions, Safaricom PrePay and PostPay Data Bundles Terms and Conditions and terms of use for any other Safaricom service that you may be enjoying.
  2. Safaricom reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Service at any time. In any of these events, notice will be given via media advertisements (including at Safaricom’s discretion on the Safaricom website www.safaricom.co.ke) and will be effective immediately or as at the date referred in such notifications.
