Banana and Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients

3/4 cup fresh or frozen blackberries

1 frozen banana

4 ice cubes

1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon liquid Stevia sweetener

 

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the fruit is smooth and the ingredients are well combined.
  2. Taste and add more liquid Stevia sweetener for desired sweetness and more milk for desired thickness (if needed).
  3. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy!

Tip: Add flax seeds or chia seeds if desired.
