Prepare a delicious cake quickly and easily, without the need for an oven!

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• 70 g of flour
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder
• Butter for the pan

Method:

1. Prepare the Mixture:

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the sugar. Mix for one minute. Add the flour and baking powder, mixing well until you obtain a smooth and homogenous batter.

2. Cook the Cake:

Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it over medium heat. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook covered for 15 minutes without uncovering.

3. Flip the Cake:

   After this time, carefully flip the cake and cook for another 5 minutes without a lid. Then remove it from the heat, let it cool slightly, and enjoy!
