
04 May Homemade Chocolate Nougat

Ingredients:
- 250 g of milk chocolate
- 125 g of hazelnut cocoa spread
- 50 g of puffed rice
- 1 tablespoon of water
- ΒΌ teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in short intervals or using a double boiler, stirring until smooth and uniform.
- Add the hazelnut cocoa spread, puffed rice, and a few drops of water mixed with the salt to the melted chocolate. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
- Place the mold in the fridge and allow it to chill for at least 2 hours or until the nougat is completely firm.
- Carefully remove the nougat from the mold, cut into portions, and serve.
