Ingredients
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1 frozen banana
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon liquid Stevia sweetener
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the fruit is smooth and the ingredients are well combined.
- Taste and add more liquid Stevia sweetener for desired sweetness and more milk for desired thickness (if needed).
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy!
Tip: Add flax seeds or chia seeds if desired.
