Homemade Chocolate Nougat

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of milk chocolate
  • 125 g of hazelnut cocoa spread
  • 50 g of puffed rice
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • ΒΌ teaspoon of salt

Preparation:

  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave in short intervals or using a double boiler, stirring until smooth and uniform.
  • Add the hazelnut cocoa spread, puffed rice, and a few drops of water mixed with the salt to the melted chocolate. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

  • Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
  • Place the mold in the fridge and allow it to chill for at least 2 hours or until the nougat is completely firm.

  • Carefully remove the nougat from the mold, cut into portions, and serve.
