This recipe invites you to prepare delicious homemade pork sausages. An ideal option for a casual meal or to share with friends.
Ingredients:
400 grams of pork shoulder
400 grams of pork loin
200 grams of smoked bacon
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons of onion flakes
2 tablespoons of oregano
A splash of blonde beer
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Preparation:
Run the pork shoulder, pork loin, and smoked bacon through the meat grinder twice.
Season the ground meat with grated garlic, onion flakes, oregano, beer, cornstarch, and mix until obtaining a homogeneous paste.
Place the mixture in a pastry bag.
Cut a rectangle of cling film and form a sausage with the pastry bag on the top of the cling film.
Roll up the cling film tightly to remove the air.
Tie the ends of the cling film with string.
Cook the sausages in boiling water for 7 minutes.
Remove the sausages from the water and remove the cling film.
Brown the sausages on all sides on a hot grill with oil.
Serve each sausage in a hot dog bun.
Cover the sausages with a sauce of your choice and serve with potato chips.
