Oat and Chocolate Porridge

Ingredients:

– 1 ripe banana

– 1 cup of oat milk

– 50 grams of rolled oats

– 1 tablespoon of unsweetened pure cocoa powder

 

To accompany:

– 1 strawberry

– 1 shelled walnut

– White chocolate chips (optional)

 

Preparation:

  1. Peel and mash the ripe banana with a fork.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the oat milk and add the mashed banana. Stir well.
  3. Once the milk is hot, add the rolled oats and stir until they slightly thicken.
  4. Once the mixture has thickened, incorporate the unsweetened pure cocoa powder and continue stirring until you reach the desired consistency.
  5. Pour the oat porridge into a bowl and accompany it with the walnut, chopped strawberry, and white chocolate chips. You can vary the accompaniments according to your preferences, using other fresh fruits and nuts.
