Oat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 130 g of applesauce
  • 55 g of oat flour
  • 20 g of spelt flour
  • 6 g of baking powder
  • Oats flakes, for decoration

 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk the egg together with the applesauce until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the oat flour, spelt flour, and baking powder. Mix well until there are no lumps.

  • Divide the batter into paper muffin cups, filling them up to 3/4 of their capacity.
  • Decorate each muffin with a few oat flakes on top.

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove the muffins from the oven, let them cool on a rack, and enjoy.
