
20 Abr Oat Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 130 g of applesauce
- 55 g of oat flour
- 20 g of spelt flour
- 6 g of baking powder
- Oats flakes, for decoration
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk the egg together with the applesauce until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the oat flour, spelt flour, and baking powder. Mix well until there are no lumps.
- Divide the batter into paper muffin cups, filling them up to 3/4 of their capacity.
- Decorate each muffin with a few oat flakes on top.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove the muffins from the oven, let them cool on a rack, and enjoy.
