Ingredients:
- 300 g white fish
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp Gourmet Paprika
- ½ tbsp Gourmet Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch Gourmet Cumin
- ¼ tbsp Gourmet Black Pepper
- 1 pinch Gourmet Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- Gourmet Sea Salt
- ¼ red onion
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Gourmet Avocado Cilantro Dressing
- 3 corn tortillas
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the fish with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, breadcrumbs, and sea salt to taste. Mix everything with a spoon and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish is golden brown.
- In another bowl, mix the red cabbage and red onion with olive oil, lemon juice, and avocado-cilantro dressing.
- Bake the tortillas for 5 minutes, hanging them from the oven rack to shape them into tacos.
- Remove the tortillas from the oven and fill them with the cabbage and onion mixture, then top with the seasoned fish.
- Finish with a drizzle of lemon juice and more avocado-cilantro dressing.
