World Recipe: Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 300 g white fish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp Gourmet Paprika
  • ½ tbsp Gourmet Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Gourmet Cumin
  • ¼ tbsp Gourmet Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Gourmet Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • Gourmet Sea Salt
  • ¼ red onion
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Gourmet Avocado Cilantro Dressing
  • 3 corn tortillas

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine the fish with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, breadcrumbs, and sea salt to taste. Mix everything with a spoon and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish is golden brown.

  • In another bowl, mix the red cabbage and red onion with olive oil, lemon juice, and avocado-cilantro dressing.
  • Bake the tortillas for 5 minutes, hanging them from the oven rack to shape them into tacos.

  • Remove the tortillas from the oven and fill them with the cabbage and onion mixture, then top with the seasoned fish.
  • Finish with a drizzle of lemon juice and more avocado-cilantro dressing.
