World Recipe: Tagliatelle with Mushrooms and Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 2 gourmet Dried Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Gourmet Thyme
  • 200 g finely chopped oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tsp Gourmet Garlic in Olive Oil
  • 100 g ricotta
  • 50 ml milk
  • Gourmet Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Gourmet Pepper Mix
  • 30 g chopped walnuts
  • 250 g tagliatelle

Instructions:

  • Cover the dried mushrooms with boiling water and let them soak for 10 minutes. Then drain, chop, and set aside.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil, thyme, and oyster mushrooms, and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring until golden brown.

  • Add the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Stir in the ricotta and milk, mixing until well combined.

  • Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet, mix well, and finish with the chopped walnuts.
