Ingredients
- 70 ml whole milk
- 1 teaspoon green tea powder (matcha)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Step-by-step preparation
- In a bowl, mix the milk with the green tea powder until completely dissolved. Add the olive oil, mix well, and set aside.
- In another container, beat the eggs together with the sugar until you get a lighter and slightly frothy mixture.
- Incorporate the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture, integrating little by little until there are no lumps.
- Add the milk and green tea mixture, and stir until a homogeneous batter is achieved.

- Pour the preparation into microwave-safe molds, filling them only halfway. Cover each mold with plastic wrap, leaving it slightly loose to allow the cake to rise during cooking.
- Cook in the microwave at low power, between 150 and 200 watts, for 5 minutes. Then increase the power to medium, around 500 watts, and cook for one and a half minutes more.

Unmold the cakes while they are still hot and let them cool before serving.
