Ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 100 g margarine
  • 3 cans tomato sauce
  • 3 chicken-flavoured stock cubes
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Bring 2 litres of water to the boil and add the oil and garlic cloves. Once the water is boiling, add the spaghetti and cook until al dente.
